Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events. However, I can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings depending on my schedule.

How do I check your availability?
Text me at 303-981-1036 to check availability for your event date. Once confirmed, you can browse my performance packages and select your preferred option.

What areas do you serve?
I'm based in Phoenix, Arizona and primarily serve the Phoenix metropolitan area. Events outside this area may require additional travel fees.

Pricing & Payments

How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on the type of performance, duration, and event size. View my performance packages for current pricing.

What's included in the price?
All packages include the performance, setup time, and all necessary magic props and equipment. Travel within the Phoenix metro area is included.

How does payment work?
I offer two payment options:

Standard Payment Plan: A 40% deposit is required to secure your date. After your deposit is received, I will send a private payment link within 48 hours for the remaining balance. The remaining 60% balance is due 14 days before your event. A 5% booking fee applies.

Pay in Full Upfront: Pay the entire amount upfront and receive a reduced 3% booking fee (covers credit card processing costs) plus more flexible refund options. See my Policies page for complete refund details.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments through Shopify's secure booking system.

Performance Details

What type of magic do you perform?
I specialize in close-up and walk-around magic, which is perfect for cocktail hours, receptions, and intimate gatherings. I also offer stage performances for larger audiences.

How long is the performance?
Performance length varies by package. Most close-up/walk-around performances are 1-3 hours, while stage shows are typically 20-30 minutes. Custom durations can be arranged.

What do you need from the venue?
I need adequate space and lighting for the performance, 15-30 minutes for setup, and free parking. For outdoor events, a covered or indoor backup space is recommended in case of inclement weather.

Can you perform outdoors?
Yes! However, a covered or indoor backup space is required in case of inclement weather, as some magic props are sensitive to wind and rain.

Customization

Can you customize the performance for my event?
Absolutely! I work with each client to tailor the performance to their event theme, audience, and preferences.

Is your magic appropriate for all ages?
Yes! My performances are family-friendly and engaging for audiences of all ages.

Photography & Video

Can guests take photos or videos?
Photography and filming require prior permission. Please request permission in advance. Posting to social media requires explicit written permission.

Cancellations & Changes

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies for detailed information. In short, events can be rescheduled once at no charge with 14+ days notice.

What happens if there's bad weather?
For outdoor events, we'll coordinate an indoor alternative or adjusted plan. See our Force Majeure policy for details on circumstances beyond our control.
